Privacy notice

Kilat Works collects only the information needed to evaluate and deliver a landing-page project: your email address or Nostr npub, the public page URL, the package selected, the source of the request, and any later project messages you choose to send. When a known tagged campaign link is opened, the site also increments an aggregate page-load total grouped only by sanitized source, campaign, page path, and calendar day.

How the information is used

We use it to check fit, reply about the specific request, take payment through the agreed payment provider, deliver the work, prevent abuse, and keep basic business records. It is not added to a marketing list or sold.

Storage and service providers

Initial requests and aggregate campaign totals are stored in the Kilat Works site database. Campaign totals contain no IP address, cookie, visitor identifier, referrer, submitted page URL, or checker text. Payment and project communication may be handled through a provider disclosed before payment. That provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Retention

Unaccepted requests are deleted when they are no longer needed for follow-up or abuse prevention. Aggregate campaign totals may be retained for business analysis because they cannot identify a visitor. Records connected to paid work may be kept as required for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information that is not required for legal or accounting records. Use the request form. Email requests receive a private email reply. Npub requests receive a public Nostr mention from the Kilat Works account, so do not use an npub for a project that should remain private.

Boundaries

Do not submit passwords, analytics access, customer data, private documents, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information. Kilat Works audits public landing pages only.
