Service terms
These plain-language terms apply to Kilat Works landing-page audits and rewrites. The fixed scope and payment terms shown in the final payment request or invoice also apply; if they conflict, the project-specific terms control.
Before payment
A request is not a purchase. Kilat Works reviews the public page and may accept, narrow, or decline the project. If the page does not reveal at least three actionable clarity or conversion issues, no invoice is sent.
Scope and timing
The service covers one publicly accessible landing page and the written deliverables listed in the selected package. The 24-hour delivery clock starts only after payment, final scope, required public-page context, and an accessible page are confirmed. Kilat Works records the exact start and deadline before work begins. Once started, the clock does not pause; later scope changes are separate from the original promised delivery.
24-hour delivery guarantee
If Kilat Works does not send the complete scoped first delivery through the agreed contact channel within 24 hours of the recorded start time, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the package fee. Revision time is not part of the first-delivery deadline. A refund is returned through the original provider where available; a buyer who requested Solana USDC must confirm the Solana refund address.
Revisions
The $99 rescue includes two focused revision passes; the $49 audit includes one. A revision refines the agreed direction and does not add pages, audiences, offers, implementation, or new research. Revision requests should be made within seven days of delivery.
Results and responsibility
Kilat Works provides analysis and copy, not guaranteed conversion, revenue, legal, SEO-ranking, accessibility, or regulatory outcomes. The buyer decides what to publish and remains responsible for factual claims, permissions, implementation, testing, and compliance.
Payment, cancellation, and disputes
Payment is due before work begins through the stated provider. The delivery guarantee above is part of every paid package. Other cancellation, refund, chargeback, or dispute questions follow the accepted project terms and the payment provider’s rules. Kilat Works will not request payment by an undisclosed wallet or through an unsolicited transfer.
Ownership and confidentiality
After full payment, the buyer may use and modify the delivered copy for the scoped page. Kilat Works keeps its pre-existing methods and templates. Only public-page information should be supplied; confidential, customer, credential, and sensitive data are outside scope.
